Welcome to the Ducane Grill Parts US website
This site should provide basic information on replacing your old Ducane grill parts with new OEM or aftermarket grill parts.
Ducane is a great choice in buying a new grill. They have been making quality American Grills for over 30 years now. Though they are now owned by the Weber-Stephen Products Co they still make a quality grill that is distributed in the United States and in Canada.
There newest grill models include the 3100 and 4100 series grills. Both come in a sleek design and bring with them the quality of Ducane.

Time to take stock for spring of 2012!
It's almost time to start thinking about your Ducane grill again. Even though it's winter, there are vital things you can do to protect it in the off season from unnecessary wear and damage. And you can also be taking stock of what you want to repair, replace or spruce up in the coming springtime. The time to order parts is now, in the off season. Dealers aren't as busy, there are more supplies in stock, and you frequently get your order processed and delivered to your door faster. It's a win/win, really. To protect your grill, make sure you cleaned it thoroughly after its last use. Nothing damages a cooking grid like food bits left on for months at a time. Do you really want your steak to taste slightly of chicken? Or fish? Also, make sure you wiped down the surface of the grill and covered it with a sturdy cover. A grill should never be out in the open without a cover, exposed to the elements. That does a slow sort of damage that you don't always see until it's too late.
Aside from basic maintenance to extend the life of your Ducane grill, you should also replace worn out parts promptly. If you wait until they're falling apart, you've waited too long. The quality of food and the efficiency of the grill has already been compromised if your parts are disintegrating, and you might cause damage to other parts of the grill by forcing them to work harder than they have to with old parts. So make sure you replace certain parts before they get too badly (or too visibly) worn. Common sense stuff.
The most frequent parts that need to be replaced are: cooking grids, burners, heat plates, valves, and ignitors. These need to be replaced far more often than the outer shell of the grill. Typically, these parts I just mentioned need to be replaced every few years. By the time you need to replace the outer shell parts, it's about time for a new grill. When you look for any of these parts that need to be replaced, make sure you double check the measurements, so you don't get stuck with the wrong sized parts. Most grill parts suppliers are not like a Walmart. They can't accept returns just because. That's the cost of being a smaller, American-owned company. There are perks and there are limitations.
Overall, keep in mind that now is the time to think about these things. Maybe you don't need to replace anything on your grill to get it ready for 2012. But isn't it better to know that now for sure than to assume that and be surprised and inconvenienced come this spring?
